Honestly I have seen worse. Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be after reading all the reviews. Rooms might be a bit out dated but for the price it was worth it. Staff were very friendly, would definitely stay again Beds were comfy, that’s a plus

I biked Kingston to Ottawa and stop here for one night. At the end of the day, the hotel did pretty well the job I was hoping for. I had a safe spot inside for my bike, the staff was friendly and the old school room was clean. I choose that place since its was downtown next to restaurants and the river. I would come again.

We chose this place last minute while visiting Ottawa for a three-day museum trip, and it worked out great. The property is a bit dated but extremely clean, with very comfortable beds, clean linen and good breakfast options (included). Staff were friendly and helpful, and the lake views were a nice bonus. About an hour from the main attractions, but overall excellent value for money. Hair dryer, towels, and basic toiletries (soap and shampoo), microwave, tiny fridge, coffee maker were provided. Great service. Ample Parking. CG, Feb 2026 Pros: Price, cleanliness, no noise, fresh linen, good breakfast, scenic, lake view, close to grocery stores & fast food joints.
